Our client, a designer, integrator and operator of high impact visual displays, is seeking a Marketing Director. This is a growing company which operates across several categories (i.e.: Sports/Entertainment, Live Events, Public, Commercial). This position will be responsible for all the company's marketing activities; including campaigns, events, digital marketing, brand awareness, and public relations. Responsibilities: Directing the marketing strategy and developing strategic marketing plans for all company verticals, ensuring overall profitability, revenue growth, maximum market penetration and national brand awareness Working closely with the management team to define marketing materials and programs Developing and presenting go-to-market strategy for the company, its business divisions and products Creating content and managing editorial calendar to drive value and education for customers Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics Managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team ensuring deliverables are met Ensuring all branding and messaging is aligned for each and all business verticals Managing social media presence to improve social media reputation and recognition Tracking and analyzing the competitive market and consumer trends Tracking and monitoring marketing budget and expenses Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5-7 years of progressive marketing management experience within b2b (business to business) creative marketing agency or enterprise solution company (high-tech, information technology space, b2b/enterprise technology product, computer software, computer hardware, networking industry, data centers, security, virtualization and cloud computing, etc.) Enterprise and brand building experience highly preferred Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, including experience within SEO/SEM strategies Budget-planning and management experience Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. Experience managing a marketing staff is beneficial Knowledge or interest in technology preferredSalary Range: $100K - $130KMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
