As the Technical Product Manager, you will own initiatives and solutions with impact on the product and the technology that supports it. You will support our tech leads with well-rounded solutions that require deep technical knowledge while maintaining high business value and delighting our internal and external clients. You will be working on the standard B2B platform for our product, gaining exposure to the ins and outs of exciting AWS-hosted apps and services that provide a wide range of features and capabilities. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for the overall product lifecycle within the technical domain, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements from clients and internal stakeholders, effectively performing agile software development activities, managing stakeholders and leading the launch of major features and products. You will provide outstanding product support for our Professional Services and Sales teams, and actively participate in our conferences and other industry events. A successful Technical Product Manager will Collaborate closely with the Principal Architect and co-own the technical roadmap Contribute to overall product strategy, and act as an advocate for the technical area Engage with clients and translate their business needs into functional and non-functional requirements alongside internal project stakeholders, driving consensus as to key initiatives Develop success metrics and analyze ROI of requests in order to advocate for key projects and ensure strategic alignment and measure team efficacy Work with designers, developers, and subject matter experts to effectively and efficiently scope, design, and build features Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with the engineering team. Operate in an agile software development environment. Groom and prioritize your user stories, as well as to advocate for their quality execution end to end. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and communicate and engage with end users for their UAT. Write and communicate release notes across all required channels and to all appropriate parties. Develop relationships with existing and prospective internal customers to interpret all individual requirements. Learn and display how products would add value to respective business. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Product Management Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical field Deep understanding of the technical stack including APIs and Web applications Working knowledge of data stores (SQL, Elasticsearch or others) and cloud services Familiarity with design patterns for database-backed applications Experience with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical capability and comfort with data and reporting tools and the ability to create innovative solutions Ability to adapt quickly in a Excels at working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Strong communication skills and the ability and willingness to collaborate effectively across departments within company Proven ability to understand and appreciate commercial, functional, and technical perspectives Internal drive to take ownership and responsibility for your defined area of ownership Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong delivery orientation Ability to handle changing tasks and priorities and adapt quickly
