A Real Estate and Investments firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Administrative Assistant, on a Part Time Schedule in support of the Asset Management Team. Although this is a part-time role from 9 am - 2 pm Monday - Friday, it is a permanent position, and the compensation and benefits are excellent, as the benefits are paid fully by the company! Responsibilities: - Answering phones, distributing mail, arranging for messenger service and other clerical duties - Department Head Calendar Management - Travel arrangements for 4 senior members and dept. head - Maintain client lists, project lists and database updates in Salesforce - Put together correspondence, schedules, memos and meeting notes; including financial data - Organization of client expenses, documented billing and expense reporting - Client presentation preparation - Arrange and plan department outings and events and lunches - Ad hoc duties as needed Working hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Skills: - Microsoft suite proficiency - Salesforce experience a plus - Expense Reporting experience a plus - Outlook experienced - Financially savvy Education: Bachelors Experience: Experienced Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience 1-2 years as an administrative assistant in professional services environment If you are interested please respond to this job posting with your resume in word format!
