You ll also play an active role in helping these strategies come to life by creating content and communications across a wide spectrum of channels, including: internal comms, external campaigns, collateral, customer/client communications, thought leadership, PR, events, etc. ??? ???? ???? ?Responsibilities:Dive into your clients businesses and develop brand strategies and communications to set them apart from the packLead brand strategy projects which include: kickoff sessions competitive assessments, stakeholder interviews and other primary research, planning and moderating group work sessions, distilling implications and identifying brand opportunitiesCraft and write final recommendations, develop strategic positioning and brand platforms, develop compelling presentations, deliver findings and recommendationsActivate communication strategies through sophisticated content creation, spanning print, digital and other mediums Act as an advocate for our clients brands, ensuring that all communications support and further the brand strategyParticipate in regular dialogue with clients to identify new initiatives, advise on activities, document new projects/initiatives, etc.Craft proposals and statements of work for new projects and initiatives; participate in new business, as neededContribute to CXO s thought leadership by authoring articles and blog posts ??? ???? ???? ?Traits And Experience:Minimum 5-7 years experience in a client-facing role developing brand and communications strategiesBachelor s degree or similar Experience in professional services, financial services, technology and other B2B categories is a big plusOutstanding writing, editing and presentation development skillsResearch and interviewing capabilitiesStrategic and creative thinkingExcellent verbal communication skills, for all levels of seniorityPlanning and project management experience, allowing you to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and self-sufficiently multitask in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to quickly build trust and credibility trust with clients, while operating as an energetic and creative member of their extended team.Cross-functional, internal team collaboratorIndependent worker who is able to thrive working remotely, experience with a similar work arrangement is a plus??? ???? ?Location:Though CXO Communication is a Boston-based company, we have a virtual office model.
