In this role, you will lead/manage a group of front end developers, UI engineers, and graphic designers in developing elite user experiences for high volume web applications. You'll also serve as the main point of contact for architects, BAs, Software Engineering teams, Operations, and QA Engineers as the company evolves and enhances their current software systems and applications. Essential Functions o Be the Technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) and the point of contact for the assigned domain. o Evolve and enhance the existing software system applications and architecture o Manage resources for on time delivery of user stories, functionality and infrastructure improvements o Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead members to their optimum performance levels and career development o Own the development team's tools, processes, and quality/performance of the work produced by the team o Work with senior developers, software architects and quality assurance engineers to resolve development roadblocks Experience/Education o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field; or equivalent work experience o Must have at least 6 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market o Experience in managing development resources including thoughtful leadership to translate business needs into functional requirements o A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or Development managerSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years Associated topics: gui, interactive producer, ui, ui designer, ui ux designer, user interface, ux, ux designer, ux ui designer, wireframing
